The EU-LIFE Science Vision Talk Contest was held in May, during the EU-LIFE Community Meeting in Brno, Czech Republic. 18 scientists from 15 EU-LIFE institutes took on the challenge to communicate their projects in unique ways with fantastic costumes and props in just 4 minutes.
The winners were Eleonore Ocaña from The Babraham Institute (UK), Mafalda Araújo Pereira from Biotech Research & Innovation Centre (BRIC), University of Copenhagen (Denmark))and Brianda Santini & Carolina Mangana from CeMM (Austria).
For IMBB, Tasos Pavlopoulos and his aid Theodoros Kosteas presented in a fun and engaging manner how hexagonal cells become square in shrimp Parhayle.

Participants at our home base, on the grounds of FORTH, cheerfully supported Tasos, Theodoros and all contestants for the whole duration of the Contest.
