Affymetrix GeneChip system

Established in 2005, Affymetrix core is equipped with a GeneChip Scanner 3000 Targeted Genotyping System with 2 fluidics stations enabling all current Affymetrix cartridge array types to be run.
The GeneChip technology platform consists of high-density microarrays, dedicated instrumentation and tools assisting in processing and analyzing these arrays, including standardized protocols and reagents, data management and analysis tools.
